We have over a petabyte of data, and predominantly use JetStor fiber channel storage. JetStor is dependable, and robust; we have production units that are a decade old. The units are also simple to install and configure. And the support is amazing; they respond on weekends to my non-urgent requests, and work until the problem is resolved.

I am impressed with the quality and the reliability of the JetStor products. I also received good technical and sales support from JetStor. In 2012 the Computer Science department at Emory University purchased several JetStor RAID SAS 716F storage arrays. Each array has 16 bays, an 8Gbit Fibre Channel interface and sixteen 3TB SATA disk drives. The JetStor 716Fs have been very reliable. We have been using the JetStor 716Fs for twelve years in production and there was only one minor issue during this time, which was resolved by tech support.

I’ve worked with top-tier storage vendors and (decades ago) have ‘hand-built’ some of the earliest RAID (1!) implementations. It would be hard for me to point to a better working partner than the team at JetStor. It is not a large, multi-tier team, but they are definitely results-oriented, innovative, creative, and quite capable.

We've been using Jetstor products in our IT, Dev and Production environments over a decade now, for everything from simple block storage for backups to handling mission-critical VM/Container images for real-time applications. These are easily the most reliable disk systems I've used, outlasting products from EMC and NetApp while costing far less. In the rare cases where there has been a problem (like crushing a data cable during a colo move), tech support has been great.

We have had zero issues with our JetStor All Flash Storage and it is performing just as fast as our Pure Storage array. The JetStor team has always been quick to respond to our questions. JetStor Flash arrays offer an amazing price performance ratio.

Installed another JetStor unit, couldn't be more happy with it. Very straight forward install, features just work and performance was amazing. Not to mention it was a fraction of the price compared to other vendors. Will definitely be using JetStor again!
