Jetstor and Toshiba have partnered to create a new family of enterprise-class storage solutions. These solutions combine Jetstor's NAS and SAN platforms with Toshiba's 10TB and 16TB hard drives.

Key Features of Jetstor's Storage Solutions

• Scalable Solutions: Jetstor's solutions are highly scalable, capable of growing from hundreds of terabytes to petabytes.
• Dual Controllers: Designed for high performance and availability, Jetstor platforms come with dual controllers for added redundancy.
• Energy-Efficient Drives: Toshiba’s hard drives are helium-sealed, offering superior performance and energy efficiency. They spin at 7,200 rpm for excellent read/write speeds.

Testing and Results
Toshiba tested its 16TB drives with the Jetstor XN8024D platform—a 4U chassis with 24 drives, dual active controllers, and up to 99.9999% availability. The results showed that the platform offers:
